Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Quenadri website and your enquiries for organic meat products and related information. Please read them carefully.

Last Updated: January 15, 2026

These Terms apply to your use of our website at / and related pages, and to communications initiated via our enquiry forms, email links, and phone number listed on the site. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Acceptance; eligibility; age

By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them. If you are using the website on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Minimum age: you must be at least 16 years old to submit an enquiry form or otherwise provide personal data through the website. If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must contact us on your behalf using the details on our /contact/ page.

2. Service description and limitations

Quenadri operates an Irish organic meat farming business and provides information about our products and processes, including (where applicable) current product availability, typical pack formats, and how to contact us. The website may allow you to:

  • Review information about our farm, product categories, process, and standards.
  • Send an availability or pricing request using forms or email links.
  • Contact us by phone or email for trade supply conversations.

The website is informational. Any information provided, including guidance on cooking, storage, or handling, is general in nature and may not be suitable for every situation. Product availability varies by season, batch, and demand, and we may change product lists, pack formats, or lead times without notice.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding purchase agreement. Any purchase, delivery arrangement, or supply relationship will be subject to confirmation and may require separate written terms agreed between the parties.

3. User obligations

You agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree that you will:

  • Provide accurate and current information when submitting an enquiry, including a valid email address for replies.
  • Use the site only for genuine enquiries or to obtain information about Quenadri’s products and operations.
  • Refrain from interfering with the security, performance, or integrity of the website.

If we offer optional marketing updates (for example, product availability emails), you agree to opt in only if you have authority to do so for the email address provided. You may unsubscribe at any time; where feasible, we will action unsubscribes promptly and within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Intellectual property

The website, including its text, layout, graphics, icons, photographs, videos (if any), and underlying code, is owned by Quenadri or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. “Quenadri” and associated branding elements are trade names and/or trademarks used by us.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the website for your personal or internal business use, solely to learn about our products and to contact us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any portion of the website except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Prohibited activities

You must not misuse the website. Without limiting any other restrictions, you agree not to:

  • Access or attempt to access non-public areas, accounts, or systems without authorisation.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or collect data from the site through automated means without our prior written permission.
  • Transmit malware, malicious code, or take actions that could disrupt the site’s functionality or security.
  • Send spam enquiries, impersonate another person or business, or provide misleading identity information.
  • Use the website to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including privacy or intellectual property rights.

We may investigate suspected violations and may restrict access to the site if we believe misuse has occurred. We may also cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quenadri disclaims all warranties and representations, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that information on the site is complete or current at all times. Product information may change, and any examples of cuts, boxes, or specifications are illustrative unless confirmed in writing in response to your enquiry.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quenadri will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the website or reliance on its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quenadri’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the website or these Terms will not exceed the lower of: (a) the amount you paid to Quenadri in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quenadri, and its officers, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the website; or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Dispute resolution (informal first)

Before starting formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us and provide a brief written description of your issue and the relief you are seeking. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days of receiving your notice.

If we cannot resolve the dispute within that 30-day period, either party may bring a claim in the courts specified in the Governing law and jurisdiction section above.

13. Termination; suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the site, or created security or operational risk. We may also discontinue the website or any part of it at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Intellectual property, Prohibited activities, Disclaimer of warranties, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, Governing law, and Dispute resolution.

14. Modifications to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the website, our operations, or legal requirements.
